"Forget 5 stars I am rating this hotel 10 stars, hotel is very clean, quite and has some amazing chill out places to have drinks, afternoon tea, cream tea and really good tasting food, fantastic service in the Italian restaurant food is of high quality and the presentation is awesome, the spa is small but hotel will only book a maximum of 6 people their is a large hot tub, hot beds x4, sauna and steam room if you want any treatments you have to pre-book these, so make sure you pre book your visits to the spa and you will have a booked 2 hour slot, the lady in the spa was so helpful and really friendly and went above and beyond."
